Abu Dhabi: The Sultanate of Oman and the United Arab Emirates held a consular consultation meeting in Abu Dhabi, reinforcing their deep-rooted fraternal relations and mutual commitment to strengthening bilateral cooperation in consular affairs.
The Omani delegation was chaired by Khalid Hashil Al Musalhi, Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Administrative and Financial Affairs, while the UAE delegation was led by . Omar bin Obaid Al‑Shamsi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Participants reviewed current consular cooperation, explored ways to develop and improve services, and discussed mechanisms to monitor the implementation of joint initiatives. Both sides emphasized continued coordination, consultation, and exchange of experience to enhance the efficiency and quality of consular services for citizens of both countries.
