His Majesty the Sultan inaugurates 'Oman Across Ages Museum'

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has patronised the officially inauguration of the 'Oman Across Ages Museum' in the Wilayat of Manah in Al-Dakhiliyah Governorate, on Monday, March 13, 2023, said Oman News Agency. Upon His Majesty's arrival, he was received by His Excellency Nasr bin Hamoud Al Kindi, Secretary General of Royal Court Affairs, Chairman of the Museum's Board of Trustees, Chairman of the Main Committee of the Museum Project, members of the Main Committee, and the Director General of the Museum. His Majesty the Sultan went to the memorial plaque of the museum, where he kindly illuminated the painting to mark the official opening of the museum.

Wadi Al Hawasnah road reopens for commuters

The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology has finished repairing the damages caused by Cyclone Shaheen on Wadi Al Hawasnah road in the Wilayat ‫of Al Khabourah‬. The road is now open for commuters. The project included repairing 20 sites along the route, leveling footpaths at a length of 60 km, in addition to implementing nine valley crossings and a number of “box culverts” in five locations.
