SEZAD hosts forum on enhancing ivestment sustainability, using AI in oversight tasks

Duqm: The Special Economic Zone at Duqm (SEZAD) on Wednesday held the 4th annual forum on enhancing environmental and investment sustainability and using AI in upgrading oversight tasks in a manner that realises the overall goals of economic development.

Titled "A renewed vision for a promising investment environment", the the event brought together representatives of special economic zones, free zones and industrial cities overseen by the Public Authority for Special Economic Zones and Free Zones (OPAZ), in addition to participants from the private sector.

The forum served as a platform to exchange expertise and review the best practices in observing compliance, legislation and environmental sustainability.

A final report will be compiled to document the discussions, outcomes and recommendations that will help streamline future policies, procedures in line with the goals of "Oman Vision 2040."
