Makkah Al-Mukarramah: The Omani Hajj Mission for the year 1447 AH discussed today the mechanisms of the mission’s work and what will be done during the coming period to serve the pilgrims, in addition to discussing the preparations in the Mina and Arafat camps.
This came during a meeting of the heads of delegations and members of the mission at its headquarters in Makkah today, chaired by Ahmed bin Saleh Al Rashidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs and Head of the Omani Hajj Mission.
During the meeting, His Excellency stressed the importance of integration among the various participating delegations, and the need to adhere to the highest standards of quality and efficiency in providing services to the pilgrims of the Sultanate of Oman, in order to ensure that they perform the rituals with ease and peace of mind.
His Excellency praised the efforts made by the various participating parties, stressing that serving the guests of God is an honor and a national responsibility that requires working as one team.
During the meeting, operational plans and field coordination mechanisms were reviewed, in addition to discussing the readiness of teams specializing in administrative, medical, guidance and media aspects, and ways to enhance the speed of response to emergencies and follow up on the needs of pilgrims
