Muscat: Sultan Qaboos University has announced the continuation of the suspension of in-person classes on Sunday, March 29, 2026, as part of ongoing coordination with relevant authorities and in the interest of student safety.
In a statement, the university confirmed that all classes will be conducted remotely, while scheduled examinations will be postponed until further notice.
The decision comes amid precautionary measures taken to ensure the well-being of students during current conditions.
The university added that in-person classes are expected to resume on Monday, March 30, 2026, as normal operations gradually return.
Students have been advised to follow official university channels for updates regarding revised exam schedules and further instructions.
