Cleaning of dry weeds continues to avoid recurrent of fires in Nizwa wilayat

Muscat: Efforts continued on Saturday to remove trees and dry, flammable weeds in Wadi Al-Abyad in the Wilayat of Nizwa, with the participation of a number of military, security, and civilian entities, as well as the people of the governorate.

These steps were taken to limit the recurrence of fires and ensure the safety of the environment, property, and lives.

The Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority has called on everyone to adhere to safety guidelines and refrain from igniting fires in farms or leaving waste and dry weeds, to enhance community awareness and prevent fire accidents.
