HM the Sultan sends condolences to President of Pakistan

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of condolences to President Asif Ali Zardari, of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan on victims of the flash floods and landslides which hit several provinces in Pakistan.

In the cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his heartfelt condolences to President Asif, families of the victims and the people of Pakistan. His Majesty also prayed to Allah the Almighty to rest the deceased souls in peace in paradise and to grant their families the fortitude to bear the loss, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
