One person arrested for speeding at 220 km in Muscat

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested a person on charges of recklessness and speeding by more than 220 km/ph on his vehicle.

A statement issued online by ROP said, "The Muscat Governorate Police Command arrested a vehicle driver on charges of recklessness and speeding. He was found to be speeding by more than 220 kilometres per hour after a video clip was circulated on social media. The rest of the legal procedures were completed against him."
