Dual listening experience with Sony Xperia Ear Duo

Well, that is what Xperia Ear Duo is all about. Contrary to the noise cancellation headphones, Xperia Ear Duo equips you with dual listening.
My reaction when I first saw the Xperia Ear Duo was ‘wow’. As part of the media tour to Sony Headquarters in Tokyo, a demo experience of the Xperia Ear Duo was arranged. We were given Xperia Ear Duo paired with Sony Xperia XZ2 playing the melodious chirping of the birds. The tour was around the Happo-en Garden in Tokyo, which was once a Samurai property. The rustic beauty of the property is still maintained and we walked along the gushing stream among the tall and thick canopy of trees. The host was taking us around on a guided tour explaining the historical significance of the place. Little did I realise, that the melodious chirping of the birds was being played through my earphones and in fact, I forgot the fact that I was wearing one. The chirping of the bird sounded like it was coming from the garden. The sound quality of the music through the earphones was crystal clear while I was also able to hear my host explaining the property without having to remove my earphone or stop the music.
I am not a huge fan of earphones as most earphones do not fit or stay in my ears, however, Xperia Ear Duo perfectly fitted in my ear without slipping out. I felt no discomfort which I usually do while wearing an earphone. The earbud comes in a small, medium and large size to fit any ear without any discomfort. The design of the earphone is clever as it camouflages behind the ear with only the earbud visible from the front. And it slung around my earrings without any hindrance and for people who use glasses, these earphones will not come in the way.
Xperia Ear Duo gives you a lot of liberty to move around without taking out your phone. Pairing the earphone and mobile app via Bluetooth, you will be able to answer your calls, reply to text messages, listen to music and do a lot more. You can control your device by touching the touchpad of your earphone or through head gestures, details of which are available on the mobile app.
You can download the Xperia Ear Duo app from Google store or iOS. Follow the instructions on how to use which takes a few minutes to personalise it according to your preference. You are good to go and enjoy the seamless liberty of staying connected.
With full charge capacity, the earphone has a talk time up to 2.5 hours, up to 4 hours of listening and it was a standby time of 22 hours. It takes just 7 minutes of charging for 1 hours of listening. It comes with a trendy charging case which is also a comprehensive box to keep safe your earphones without getting misplaced.
I felt that it is a more practical earphone at the workplace, home, social gathering or during commuting. It keeps you in both the worlds simultaneously.
