Muscat: Omanisation in the insurance sector must reach 70 percentage by the end of this year, according to the Ministry of Manpower.
The Ministry has issued a ministerial decision specifying the percentage of the national workforce in private sector establishments in the insurance sector.
Decision No. 113/2018 determines the percentage of national manpower for the years 2018, 2029, and 2020.
The order points out that by 2020, Omanisation in the insurance sector at all hierarchical levels will be 50 per cent or higher.
