Ministry of Health celebrates graduation of new batch of nurses

Muscat: The graduation of a new batch of 242 students from the MoH Institutes in Muscat Governorate from various specialisations was celebrated at Al-Noor Ballroom by the Ministry of Health (MoH), represented by the Directorate General of Human Resources Development on Wednesday.
The graduation ceremony was held under the patronage of Dr. Sultan bin Yarub Al Busaidi, MoH Advisor for Health Affairs in the presence of a number of MoH senior officials along with government and military sectors.
The graduating batches include 192 students from Oman Specialised Nursing Institute seven students from Institute of Health Sciences, 19 from the Oman Nursing Institute, seven from Oman Pharmacy Institute, 12 from Oman Health Information Management Institute and four from Salalah Nursing Institute.
Specialisation of graduates from the Oman Specialised Nursing Institute included Adult Critical Care Nursing Programme (ACCNP), Critical Care Nursing in Paediatric & Neonatology Programme (CCPNP), Emergency Nursing Programme (ENP), Infection Prevention & Control Programme (IPCP), Health Services Management Programme (HSMP), and Midwifery Programme (MP).
