Oman Cricket: Al Hail seniors trounce ICA Karachi

Muscat: Al Hail School of Cricket Seniors on Wednesday notched a huge win over visiting Iftakhar Cricket Academy (ICA) from Karachi, Pakistan, in the fourth match of the series.
In a 30-over match, ICA were outplayed by the senior host team.
Watched by special guests Oman Cricket general secretary Madhu Jesrani and Chief Development Officer Duleep Mendis, the hosts were impressive in all departments.
Winning the toss, the senior team of Al Hail School of Cricket put the visitors into bat. Finding the going tough, ICA folded up for a paltry 108.
Chasing, Al Hail School of Cricket eased past the target without much damage to post a big-margin win. The hosts scored 109 for 3 in just 19 overs.
Karim Ahmed of Al Hail School of Cricket scored an unbeaten and the other star was Dany Baruea, who claimed five wickets.
Both of them were adjudged men of the match and they received awards from the guests from Oman Cricket.
Meanwhile, ICA will now face Al Hail Cricket Team on Friday in the final match of the series.
Chief guests Mohammed Juma Al Raisi and Abdul Rahim Al Balushi will preside over the prize-giving ceremony.
