Oman crime: Hit-and-run suspect arrested

Muscat: An Omani driver who ran over a pedestrian in Sohar has been arrested, Royal Oman Police (ROP) reported on Tuesday.

The accident resulted in the death of the pedestrian, according to an ROP source.

Police said the accused has confessed to the crime.
