HH Sayyid Bilarab patronises Royal Guard of Oman annual day celebration

Muscat: His Highness Sayyid Bilarab bin Haitham Al Said, Minister of State and Governor of Muscat, patronised the Royal Guard of Oman’s celebration of its Annual Day, which falls on 1 November each year.

The ceremony was held at the military parade ground at the Royal Guard of Oman Command.
