Muscat: The Royal Oman Police followed up on two video clips circulating on social media platforms. One of the videos showed an expatriate throwing money at an employee while he was performing his duties. The other showed another expatriate committing the same act against a female employee while she was performing her duties.
It was clarified that the second video, in which the female employee appeared, was a staged scene intended to raise awareness, according to her statement and that of those accompanying her.
Legal procedures are being completed against all those involved.
