The Board of Directors of Indian Schools in Oman is set to host Avenir 2026, a two-day higher education and career fair aimed at helping students explore diverse academic opportunities, gain informed guidance and make confident choices about their future.
The event will be hosted by Indian School Seeb. Scheduled for 2 and 3 October 2026 at Muscat Holiday Hotel, Muscat, Avenir 2026 will bring together universities, colleges and higher education institutions to showcase a wide range of tertiary education opportunities for students and parents from the Indian school community in Oman.
The event will provide students with an opportunity to interact directly with representatives of leading educational institutions, explore academic programmes and admission pathways, learn about scholarships and understand emerging career opportunities. It is designed to provide students and parents with access to relevant information and meaningful conversations as they plan the next stage of their educational journey.
The Board of Directors of Indian Schools in Oman has always been at the forefront of providing students and parents with the right information and facilities to help the younger generation pursue their higher education dreams. Avenir 2026 is one such event that bridges the information gap by creating a platform where students can explore possibilities, ask questions and obtain first-hand information from institutions.

Avenir 2026 will bring together higher education institutions from various corners of the world, giving students access to a diverse range of academic pathways under one platform. Participating institutions will showcase programmes across Engineering and Technology, Medicine and Health Sciences, Business and Management, Finance, Law, Design, Architecture, Media and Communication, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Hospitality and Tourism, Humanities and Social Sciences, along with other emerging and future-oriented disciplines.
The participation of institutions of high repute will enable students and parents to compare study destinations, understand different admission pathways and explore both conventional and new-age programmes aligned with evolving career opportunities. Such diversity will help students move beyond familiar choices and discover academic pathways that match their interests, strengths and aspirations.
