Muscat: The Rajasthani Wing of the Indian Social Club, Oman, celebrated the festival of Teej with great warmth and enthusiasm through “Teej Utsav”, held on 14th August 2026 at Centara hotel, Ghala Muscat.
The celebration brought together lady members of the Rajasthani Wing from across Oman, including Muscat, Barka, Salalah, Sohar and various other regions. Coming together from different parts of the Sultanate, the members created a joyful and welcoming atmosphere filled with laughter, friendship and the spirit of togetherness.
The event featured traditional,cultural activities and festive celebrations, with members beautifully dressed in colorful Rajasthani attire. The occasion offered everyone a chance to reconnect with their roots, enjoy cherished traditions and celebrate the special spirit of Teej together. The celebrations concluded with a sumptuous lunch.
“Teej Utsav” was a celebration of culture, friendship and community, reflecting the strong bond among the Rajasthani women in Oman and the Rajasthani Wing’s continued efforts to keep the rich traditions of Rajasthan alive and bring the community closer together.
