Oman selected to represent Asia at World Bank's Africa Transport Policy Program

Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman, represented by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) , has been selected to represent Asia at the World Bank's Africa Transport Policy Program meeting, scheduled to be held in Cairo, Egypt, in March 2027. This new international achievement reflects Oman's leadership and tireless efforts in the field of road safety.

While this meeting is a prominent annual event for African countries, this year's edition is exceptionally expanded with the participation of an official representative from the European Union, in addition to Oman's exclusive selection as the representative for Asia.
