The project spans an area of 150,000 square meters and includes 24 investment opportunities, with a 50 percent local content contribution, reflecting efforts to strengthen domestic economic participation and support small and medium enterprises. During construction, contracts worth approximately OMR 800,000 were awarded to SMEs, reinforcing in-country value initiatives.

The park is designed as an integrated urban destination that combines leisure, tourism, and investment components. It is expected to stimulate local economic activity, enhance quality of life, and create both direct and indirect employment opportunities in the governorate.
