Muscat: The government media center has issued a public awareness advisory urging residents to report any suspicious flying objects, as part of efforts to enhance safety and preparedness.

The advisory highlights key indicators of what  should be watched for when observing unusual aerial activity, including loud or unusual noises and slow or irregular movement patterns. Individuals who notice such signs are encouraged to move away from the site, and immediately inform the relevant authorities via WhatsApp number 77720078  with precise details of the location and attached video or photo, the advisory argue people to avoid sharing the information in social media.

The guidance also emphasizes the importance of public cooperation in ensuring rapid response and maintaining the public safety and security, noting that timely reporting can help the related Authority assess potential risks and take appropriate action.
