Al Buraimi: The Governorate of Al Buraimi continues to advance its presence on the path of government digital transformation through a series of strategic initiatives and projects. These efforts have contributed to the enhancement of service delivery, the improvement of institutional performance efficiency, and the streamlining of procedures for beneficiaries, in line with the objectives of the National Government Digital Transformation Program.

Eng. Additionally, 25 new services were digitized, including 16 services for external beneficiaries and 9 services for employees through the "Maktabi" system, with the aim of elevating the quality of government services and enhancing institutional efficiency in alignment with the vision for an integrated digital government.

The "Masar" platform was also introduced to monitor data, indicators, and projects through a digital dashboard. The first pilot phase of the artificial intelligence project has been completed, while work is underway on the second phase, which involves hosting and integration with select systems.

In addition, the services of the "Maktabi" system have been made available on smart devices to facilitate access for both employees and beneficiaries.

He explained that integration has been completed with several platforms, including the "Tajawob" platform, to activate channels for receiving reports and suggestions within a unified framework based on engagement and integration with national registries. The Al Buraimi Governorate e-portal has also been enhanced to improve user experience in line with best digital practices, while a "Sat Bot" service has been introduced on the governorate’s website to expand intelligent communication with beneficiaries. Furthermore, digital policies and plans related to data classification and the institutional architecture roadmap have been finalized, alongside integration with the "Mawred Plus" systems and the activation of digital access services for the governorate’s website and digital services portal.
