One dead in attack on residential building in Manama

Manama: The Ministry of Interior (Bahrain) announced the death of one person and injuries to several others following an attack targeting a residential building in Manama, the capital of Bahrain.

Earlier, the Bahrain Defence Force General Command stated that its air defense systems successfully intercepted and destroyed 102 missiles and 173 drones launched toward the kingdom.

Authorities did not immediately provide further details about the origin of the attack, while investigations are ongoing.
