Ingredients:
1/4 cup strawberry puree + honey
(add honey more or less as per your taste)
1/2 tsp chopped ginger
3/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup butterfly pea flower tea (chilled)
Ice cubes - enough to fill to the top of your cup
Strawberry Puree:
Blend together:
1 cup strawberries (frozen)
1/2 tsp chopped ginger
2 spoon honey
Directions:
In a cup add strawberry, ginger and honey mix puree. Fill the cup with enough ice to fill the cup to the top. Slowly, pour the almond milk into the cup. Then carefully, add the chilled butterfly pea flower tea, making sure to hit the ice while pouring to help create the layered effect.
Butterfly Pea Flower Tea:
Brew butterfly pea flower tea
Boil 6-7 butterfly pea flowers in 1 cup hot water till the flowers release their color, strain the water and let it cool down a bit and store it in the fridge
