Muscat: Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs (MERA) in the Sultanate of Oman has announced the official date for the crescent moon sighting for the month of Ramadan in the year 1446 AH. The sighting will take place on the evening of Friday, the 29th of Sha'ban 1446 AH, corresponding to the 28th of February 2025.
The ministry invites everyone to participate in the sighting event and report their observations to the relevant authorities.
