Royal Court Affairs participates in Muscat Flower Festival

Muscat : The Royal Court Affairs, represented by the Royal Farms and Gardens and the Royal Hospitality, participates in the Muscat Flower Festival as part of the Muscat Nights 2024 activities with a unique and diverse display that reflects the beauty of nature and the creativity of Omani hands, where a dazzling collection of natural and artificial roses prepared in innovative arrangements are presented.

The Royal Court Affairs’ participation in the festival held at Qurum Natural Park is distinguished by the display of the Sultan Qaboos Rose, the Sultan Haitham Rose, and the Lady Sayyida Ahad Rose, as well as a simulation of the beauty of garden design and implementation, in addition to displaying locally grown flowers such as the tube rose and orchids that were carefully grown in the Sultanate of Oman.

The corner contains a wide range of distinctive international roses and flowers, most notably the fragrant O'Hara rose, lily flowers, chrysanthemum sprigs, hydrangea, anthurium, mattiola, heliconia and other distinctive cut flowers used to create creative and attractive designs.

The corner includes a display of large flower sculptures in the corner, such as a vase made entirely of roses in the shape of a peacock, a crown arranged with roses, as well as other sculptures and other shapes, reflecting the extent of creativity in designing and arranging flowers by Omani hands.

This participation comes to enhance the Omani presence in the Muscat Flower Festival, with the import of the finest types of roses from prestigious international countries such as the Netherlands, Thailand and Africa, which enriches the visitors' experience and adds an atmosphere of beauty and sophistication to the event. This participation is a testament to the pioneering role of the Royal Court Affairs in highlighting the Omani identity and high craftsmanship, and focusing on the cultural and natural diversity that the Sultanate of Oman offers in such festivals.
