Muscat: Prof. Erhan Afyoncu, Rector of the National Defense University of the Republic of Türkiye and his accompanying delegation today visited the Maritime Security Center (MSC).
The delegation was greeted upon their arrival at the MSC by Commodore Adil Hamoud Al Busaidi, Head of the MSC.
Members of the visiting delegation were briefed on the tactical roles and tasks carried out by the centre in the safety of the Omani maritime environment. They also toured the centre’s facilities and viewed its latest equipment and technologies used in carrying out its national duties.
Meanwhile, Prof. Erhan Afyoncu, Rector of the National Defense University of the Republic of Türkiye also visited the Military Technological College (MTC).
Upon the delegation’s arrival at the college, they were received by the Acting Commandant of the MTC.
The visiting delegation were briefed about the MTC.
