Representing SLSM were Zayan, Janurius, and Chevan, coached by Mr. Hiran, while Indian School Al Seeb was represented by Ayisha, Advika, and Abirakh, under the guidance of Mr. Binu Johny.

A Battle of Minds

Both teams came well-prepared and showed off their knowledge in a series of challenging questions. Some of the questions that stumped and amazed included:

"The UNESCO World Heritage Site - Land of Frankincense can be found in which governorate of Oman?"

"Which flag has 12 stars placed in a circle on a blue field, representing the constellation of Corona Borealis?"

"What Dr. Seuss book features a grumpy creature who speaks for the trees and warns against chopping them down?"

Each round saw the teams go head-to-head, with fortunes changing and momentum shifting as they tackled topics with determination.

High-Stakes Testing Times Round

The "Testing Times" round added an extra layer of intensity, with categories like Adventure Sports, Transportation, Human Body in Numbers, and Writers and their Works. A special guest appearance by Ms. Michelle Scott, the principal of the host school, Downe House Muscat, added excitement as she presented the Writers and their Works category.
