NCSI to carry survey on quality of government services from 24 June

Muscat: The 3rd edition of an opinion poll on beneficiaries’ satisfaction with government services will be conducted by the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI) from Monday, 24 June. The survey will run till 30 November 2024.

The survey aims at identifying the opinions of customers with the services provided by government entities, assess the level of satisfaction with aspects related to submitting or completing the requested services, identifying the opinion of beneficiaries of electronic services and evaluating the level of satisfaction in order to improve the quality of the provided services.

The opinion poll survey is carried out over the phone, targeting a random sample of customers of government entities during the period of the last quarter of 2023 and the first quarter of 2024 in accordance with a set of basic criteria for evaluating government services.
