10th edition of Nusuk exhibition inaugurated at Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque

Muscat: "Nusuk” exhibition for pilgrims has been inaugurated in its tenth edition on Tuesday, May 14, 2024.

The Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs, represented by the Department of Women’s Education and Guidance, opened today at the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque the activities of the “Nusuk” exhibition for pilgrims to the Holy House of God and the activities of the Little Pilgrimage for the year 1445 AH in its tenth edition, and their number this year is more than 14 thousand. It will last five days.

 The exhibition will be open two times in day; morning and evening, aims to teach the rituals of Hajj, in addition to introducing the tasks of the Omani Hajj delegation and the services it provides in the Holy Lands, and guiding the pilgrim and teaching them methods of safety and disease prevention.

 The exhibition includes six pillars, namely the pre-rite pillar, Ihram, Hajj rituals, fatwa, health and society, the Hajj mission, non-Arabic speakers, and a group of in-person and visual episodes and courses. In addition to a number of activities to introduce pilgrims to the rituals from religious and psychological aspects.

 The opening of the "Nusk" exhibition was sponsored by Fatima bint Muhammad Baqir Al-Ajami, CEO of the Omani Medical Specialty Board, in the presence of a number of specialists from the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs.

 It is worth noting that the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs seeks to spread the “Nusuk” activity in all governorates of the Sultanate of Oman as a contribution to enhancing knowledge of the Hajj and its rituals.
