CDAA dealt with 19,726 complaints last year

Muscat: The Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA) teams have dealt with 19,726 complaints in 2023 and trained some 5,000 individuals on security, safety and first aid programmes.

Colonel Abdullah bin Saleh Al Najashi, Director General of Civil Defence Ambulance Authority, said that the revision of the fees of the CDAA is consistent with the guidelines of Oman Vision 2040.
