Tawasul and bp Oman concludes the fourth cycle of the ‘Mulhimat’ programme geared towards supporting women entrepreneurs

In partnership with bp Oman, Authority of Small and Medium Enterprises Development and Industrial Innovation Academy, Tawasul concluded of the fourth cycle of the ‘Mulhimat’ programme, which benefitted 25 women entrepreneurs and more than 90 college and university students this cycle.

 It included activities such as the Mulhimat Café, capacity building workshops, mentoring sessions, ‘Rua’ sessions and specialised mentoring courses for 3 months for the recognized small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

The programme aimed at enhancing Omani women’s entrepreneurial skills by addressing business gaps and challenges through in-depth mentorship on topics related to business management such as business modelling, human resource management, commercial law, financial management and others to promote their business expansion, sustainability and growth. The programme participants represented many diverse business types such as health and fitness, engineering services, beauty and cosmetics, food industry, administrative services, IT, artificial intelligence and building and infrastructure.
