Muscat: North Al Batinah Governorate Police Command has arrested a person on charges of stealing mobile phones from several shops in the Wilayats of the governorate.
The Royal Oman Police (ROP) added that the accused defrauded the seller and fled before completing the purchase. Legal procedures against him are in process.
