Ingredients:
1 Tbsp oil
1 medium-size onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup tofu
1 cup green beans, parboiled
1 tsp red chilli flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
In a skillet over low heat, heat the oil.
Add the onion, and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the onion softens
Add the tofu. Stir-fry until the tofu is crispy.
Add the green beans and chilli flakes. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve hot.
