Muscat: The Directorate General of Meteorology on Tuesday, 14 March, 2023 said that satellite images show spread of clouds over most of the governorates of the Sultanate of Oman, with chances of sporadic rain in the northern parts.
The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), represented by the Oman Meteorology, said that there are chances that the atmosphere of the Sultanate of Oman will be affected by an air groove starting from Monday, 13 March evening until and Tuesday, March 14, 2023.
Clouds are expected to continue to flow over most of the governorates, with activity of cumulus clouds over the Hajar Mountains, and sporadic thunderstorms accompanied by active downward winds extending to the coasts of the Sea of Oman ( Muscat, South Al Batinah, North Al Batinah and Musandam).
