Large haul of illegal cigarettes seized in Oman

Muscat:  Oman Customs has seized more then 76,000 boxes of prohibited cigarettes in the Wilayat of Baushar, Muscat Governorate.

Oman Customs said in a statement: "The Department of Investigation and Risk Assessment raided a site for expatriate workers in the Wilayat of Baushar, which resulted in the seizure of large quantities of banned and restricted cigarettes, numbering more than 76,000."
