His Majesty confers Oman Civil Order

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said conferred Oman Civil Order "Third Class" on Dr. Moosa bin Ja'afar bin Hassan, Advisor to the Sultanate’s permanent delegation to UNESCO in appreciation from His Majesty the Sultan for his role in carrying out his national duty.
The order was handed over by Sayyid Khalid bin Hilal bin Saud Al Busaidi, Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court when he received Dr. Moosa in his office on Monday.
