Scattered rainfall forecast for some parts of Oman

Muscat: There are chances of scattered rain over Dhofar Governorate and Al Hajar Mountains, the Oman Meteorology said on Monday June 7, 2021.

"The weather is clear to partly cloudy skies along the coastal area of Dhofar Governorate and the adjoining mountains with chances of isolated rain. Mainly clear skies over the rest of Oman with a chance of cloud development over Al Hajar Mountains towards afternoon giving rise to isolated rain. There is also a chance of late night to early morning low level clouds or fog patches along parts of the Arabian and Oman Sea coasts," Oman Meteorology said in a statement.

The expected maximum and minimum temperatures will be 33 degree Celsius and 29 degrees respectively in Muscat, 35 degrees and 29 degrees in Sohar, 39 degrees and 28 degrees in Rustaq, 46 degrees and 26 degrees in Haima, 47 degrees and 32 degrees in Ibri, and 38 degrees and 30 degrees in Khasab.
